The purpose of the Fellowship Hour Ministry is to help facilitate the coffee hours where congregants meet after the Divine Liturgy and visit with their fellow parishioners. This is a commitment to provide worthwhile service to the church and promotes the unity of Holy Apostles and visitors as a family. It is a low-key commitment where you are asked, probably no more than twice a year, providing enough people join, to make coffee for the coffee hour. You will be trained to use the equipment and learn how to clean it up. We have found that what intimidates people the most about hosting a Coffee Hour is making the coffee.

You can volunteer to help set up for our Potluck Coffee Hours and clean up. If a family is hosting and needs additional help, you might be asked to assist. Again, training and instructions will be given, and it is not anticipated that you will be asked to do this often. Both groups will be emailed, and people can choose the dates that fit into their schedules…no one will be assigned. You will not be expected to provide any items to participate unless you volunteer to do so. Please sign up if you are interested. We need your assistance.
