Hello Holy Apostles Parishioners,
Holy Apostles is updating their contact database and simultaneously making a directory book. We ask all parishioners to fill out the form linked below to update their contact information for our database, then may choose whether or not to be included in the directory.
This directory will feature your family photo along with the contact information you choose to share. It is a meaningful way for our parish family to stay connected, put names to faces, and strengthen our life together as the Body of Christ.
If you have already filled out this form, you have the option to participate in our FREE (no sitting fee) professional photography by Universal Church Directories for your directory picture. Each family photographed by UCD will receive a complimentary 8 x 10 portrait of their directory pose and one copy of the directory. There will also be the opportunity to purchase additional portraits at the conclusion of your appointment.
We encourage all families to participate, and we also encourage families to sign up for multiple slots to include multi-generational photoshoots, even if not to be included in the directory. This is an opportunity for families to get a professional portrait done!
Photographers will be at Holy Apostles on Dec 12th, 13th, 29th and 30th. To make a photography appointment, go to schedule.ucdir.com and enter church code il458 and password photos.

If a family prefers to submit their own family photo for the directory is welcome to do so. They will also receive one copy of the directory. The photo submitted must be of high resolution (at least 300 dpi) and will be cropped to a 2×3 ratio (portrait, not landscape). Furthermore, UCD will charge each family submitting their own photo a $15 layout and processing fee to incorporate it into the directory, since they are opting out of their revenue generating portrait sales process.
