About

The Holy Apostles Foundation is a non-profit corporation, funded through donation. (Its 501(c)(3) tax exempt status is pending with the Internal Revenue Service.) The purpose of the Foundation is to invest contributions and disburse proceeds to support selected projects and initiatives for the Holy Apostles Church.

The initial goal of the Foundation is to raise Two Million Dollars ($2,000,000). Once that target is met, funds from investment proceeds will be available for programs and projects as identified by the Holy Apostles Parish Council and provided through the Foundation Board.

Foundation Board of Directors

The Foundation Board is composed of nine (9) Directors. There are two (2) classes of directors (Holy Apostles Directors and Independent Directors) with staggered two (2) year terms of service. Service is limited to three 2-year consecutive terms.
